Sales Strategy + Management

Wholesale oversight inclusive of distribution strategies, account management and analysis, implementation of sales tools, sales team organization and training, operations, merchandising and line planning. 

  • Identify key wholesale partners to enhance existing direct to consumer brand positioning and generate incremental volume and brand market share.

  • Create go to market assets.

  • Manage relationship, negotiations and operations

  • Work with design and production teams to ensure product line supports account needs and internal profitability

  • Create projections, open to buy, P&L

  • Create long term roadmap with target accounts, door count, product assortment, sales and profitability
